    I preordered a Pokmon booster box from Minmax for $126 on March 6. They shipped it when it was ready through ***** The item claimed it was delivered to my house and it was not. I never received the item. I reached out to Minmax customer service for help. They offered none. They basically said good luck dealing with ***** **** verified via gps that the package was not delivered to me when Minmax claims it did. I told them I would not be paying for something I didnt get. They did not offer a refund or any sort of replacement nor did they file a missing package report with ***** I then disputed the transaction with my credit card company, Chase. ***** reviewed my case and ruled in my favor and gave me my money back. This week I received a letter from a collections agency claiming I owe minmax for a product I didnt receive. This is extremely unprofessional and I feel I am being punished and harassed for this companies poor shipping choices. This will impact my credit. They need to stop.

    Attached I have proof of delivery for the package. We cannot file a missing package request because the package was delivered with proof. When contacting the *********** we were told it was delivered correctly and on time.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I told you that I didn't receive the package. I called **** and they said the package was delivered at a different address through GPS tracking of it's truck. If you had actually called and looked into it, they would have told you the same thing. Relying on the automated delivery response is not good enough. I did not get the delivery. Remove your claim from the debt collection agency.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is more to say. You sent this to a debt collection agency. That affects my credit and is not something I take lightly. I have mailed information to the collection agency that the debt is not mine. I want you to say you will not pursue this claim any further and that Im not responsible financially for that lost package. If that happens, you wont hear from me again and we can close this case.
