    We recently hired ***** to concrete our backyard. Our project involved removing everything and pouring new concrete in a small area, as we live in a condo. While I want to start with the positives: ***** is a very nice man, and the final work is indeed beautiful.However, I cannot recommend him due to significant issues with communication and unmet deadlines. It was extremely frustrating to have to send multiple texts and make numerous calls over several days just to get a response. Once the work began, it sat idle for an entire week without any workers showing up or any updates. I understand that construction can be demanding, especially during Idahos busy summer seasonIm born and raised here. That said, it took four weeks from start to finish for a job that was supposed to be quick and straightforward. We even made it easier for them by removing our back fence so they could pull in easily. If ***** or his team had communicated that this small job would take longer than expected or that deadlines wouldnt be met, we could have made an informed decision to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, that transparency was lacking, and the poor communication made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be.
