    The $200 deposit I was told is supposed to be for move-in to RV spot and I was told once I move in and if I leave before the 6 months, the deposit is not refundable. I informed the business that I would not be moving in. I never moved in.Refund the $200.

    Consumer made reservations on 10/18/2022 for a monthly site! Which was coming in on 10/26/2022! The time she made reservations she was told if she canceled she would lose deposit! We usually have a 30 day cancellation for monthlys ! She begged us! When she called the day before arriving was told she wouldnt get deposit back! After 3 phone calls later we rented spot! My front desk clerk called her back to let her know we would refund it back because I was on the phone filing site! She left message. 
    I will be refunding it back!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me once refund of deposit is received. No voicemails were received as I have a record of that and no one has spoken to me after I originally called about deposit refund. Once refund is issued, matter will be resolved. Thank you.
