    On October 7th 2024, we paid ***** ****** of Need Fencing Installed LLC a 50% deposit ($1,875) to construct a fence in our side yard. After payment, Nolyn put us on his schedule but then missed three committed dates to begin the work. Each time, there was no communication that the dates would be missed - he simply failed to show up on the date promised. I had to contact him after each missed commit to reschedule. After the third miss on November 14th, Nolyn suggested he refund the deposit to us and cancel the job. I agreed that would be the best course. He promised repayment of the deposit within 10 days. It has now been 35 days, and we still do not have repayment. On not receiving payment, I would contact Nolyn, and he would make a new promise of payment, and we would continue to wait. However, after three times of promising to pay and then not sending payment, he has stopped responding completely. I can provide a documented timeline of committed dates, and missed commitments for both the fence build and the deposit repayment, as well as e-mails and text strings as back up. Bottom line is that after committing to repay an $1,875 deposit on work that was not performed, ***** ****** has failed to do so in a reasonable amount of time and is now not responding to communications asking him to pay. We would like our money back.
