My 2022 car was hit twice within a few days in 8/22. City of ***** paid for one incident, insurance for the other, total $1850. Champion gave estimates, they were not able to see me until 11/22. My brother who in auto body recommended Valley Auto, *** ******** took car 10/11/22. I returned car four times, driver door making popping noise and bumper kept popping out. I finally decided to take to someone else, unfortunately no auto body shop was willing to touch my car. Had to return to Valley Custom, 8/24, can explain date. Since Mr ******** didnt look under the bumper for motor damage and he never bothered to buy new parts, that needed to be replaced. I have had to buy myself, he recently took my car and put the new bumper I bought on, and the bumper is still popping out. I was recommended another person by Caliber, who is working on my car now, so far out of pocket $1500.00. *** ******** does offer to work on my car labor free but unfortunately he is not able to get the bumper to stop popping out so I found that I cant keep taking my car to him and therefore I was force to find someone else. Im still in the process of having my car repaired and its very possible the entire bumper my need to be purchased. If Valley Custom had looked at my car and found all the things that needed to be replaced he could have added a sub invoice to the estimate and submit to my insurance, all this would have been covered in the one incident, now Im stuck with all this mess out of my pocket. I reached out to *** ******** and asked to be reimbursed for half and no response. He accused me of being hit or hitting someone. Trust me, if that were the case that would be a blessing, then I could call my insurance and make a new claim and have all this covered for my $250 deductible. At this point I dont know where else to turn. I hope BBB can help.I know this is very confusing as this situation is very complicated to explain. Please contact me. I can explain the dates further.
