    Yes! I recommend!**** just left here after doing an awesome job on our kitchen/dining room tile floors and tile countertops. We were debating replacing versus 'cleaning up' and SO GLAD we went with The Groutsmith to clean up our floors and countertops. Our floors and countertops look better than they did when we moved in nearly 20 years ago.Jake's customer service attitude and all the communication along the way was second to none. I'll certainly request **** when we need The Groutsmith in the future (bathrooms are all tile, so yes, there will be a need in the future).I highly recommend The Groutsmith.

    ***** (owner) came out to do the estimate. He was on time and answered all my questions. **** did the cleaning of our tile/grout. He was also on time and very pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked so hard on his hands and knees scrubbing and cleaning. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!! They applied a color grout sealer which matched our tile better than when it was installed. They even provided a bottle of recommended grout cleaner for routine cleaning which was very helpful. ***** educated us on the importance of using only alkaline-based cleaning agents (NO ACIDS), so we could maintain and preserve the durability and look of our tile. We highly recommend Groutsmith. You will be very happy with the results. Our tile/***** looks brand new again. Thank you for doing excellent work!

    Make sure that everything that needs to be done is spelled out in the bid. The outside edge of my shower door that is inside the shower was not cleaned. Neither was the inside of the glass fixed front of the shower. The mineral deposits were not cleaned off of the magnetic strip on the door. There is still black stuff on some of the grout low in a back corner. The metal edge on the bottom of the door was not cleaned.

    I was very impressed with the grout ***** from the beginning to the end. They came in for an estimate and were prompt, warm and friendly. I am truly amazed at the work they did. It just took them a few hours and my bathrooms Look brand new! I cant believe the tile is actually White not brown! They did an amazing job, and I would use them again as I was thrilled with their work. Thank you grout *****!
