    Warning: Widespread Complaints Do Your Research before working with these people!We signed up Madison Ave Construction with Dotcom Design, and it was a huge mistake. They never delivered the services they promised. Even after we canceled several times, they kept charging us $199/month a blatant, ongoing fraudulent charge. You cant get them on the phone, and they ignore emails for weeks.Whats worse is when you search this company online, youll see were not alone they have a long trail of Consumer Affairs complaints and bad reviews everywhere. That should tell you everything you need to know. They try to trap you in a contract for a service you can get elsewhere for under $10/month.Avoid this company completely. Its a scam operation hiding behind fine print and ghost customer service.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter regarding our former client, ************************. At Dotcom Design, we strive to operate with transparency, fairness, and integrity in every client relationship. While we are disappointed by the tone and nature of the complaint submitted, we welcome the chance to clarify the facts, acknowledge our part, and outline the resolution that has already taken place.

    Contractual Agreement and Cancellation
    ************************ entered into a signed *************** Agreement (attached) with Dotcom Design, agreeing to a 12-month service term. As outlined in the Termination section of that agreement, we require a 90-day written notice for cancellation. The client submitted their written cancellation request on February 5th, 2025, which, per the agreement, set May 2025 as the final month of service. This is a standard industry practice and was clearly stated in the signed agreement.

    Billing Oversight and Resolution
    We acknowledge and fully own that, due to an internal oversight, the clients billing schedule was not turned off after their cancellation period ended. As soon as this mistake was identified, our team personally contacted the client, cancelled the upcoming billing schedule, and refunded all charges related to June and July 2025. No further billing has occurred, and all active billing schedules are now in a fully cancelled status. We deeply regret this error and have taken steps to ensure it does not happen again. The client has been made whole financially, and we are happy to provide documentation of all refunds upon request.

    Communication and Customer Service
    We respectfully disagree with the claim that we ignore emails for weeks or that our client was unable to get us on the phone. Our support team takes customer communication seriously, and we have a documented history of responding to this clients emails and voicemails within 2448 hours, which is consistent with our internal standards. We are willing to provide those timestamps if needed.

    Reputation Claims
    The client references Consumer Affairs complaints and a long trail of bad reviews, yet our public reputation reflects something quite different. Dotcom Design maintains a clean record with Consumer Affairs and has earned strong reviews across major platforms. We take pride in delivering on our commitments and fostering long-term partnerships with businesses across the country.

    Final Thoughts
    While we understand that misunderstandings can lead to frustration, we are saddened by the tone and misrepresentations in the complaint. We have no desire to argue or assign blame. Our goal is simply to provide clarity and demonstrate that we have responded to the clients concerns with honesty, promptness, and a sincere desire to make things right. We are grateful for every client we serve, and even in difficult moments like this, we seek to reflect our companys valueshonesty, responsibility, and respect. We remain available to provide any additional documentation needed to support our response.
