    This transaction was finalized on 8/6/2025 in the amount of $4900. This is an attempt to collect money on work that was not done to my standards. The amount I am seeking is $3000 which includes $1200 for a paver patio that was installed poorly in addition to $1850 in excavation and machine time. In order to properly grade an excavator had to have been used which was never on my property throughout the duration of this project but shows on the billing invoice. In addition, I have before and after pictures to reflect very little landscaping was completed to properly reflect the $1850 up charge in services. This is a service I never received yet charged for. This is fraudulent business practice.

    I’ve tried repeatedly to correct any deficiencies, however, I’m met with opposition every time. For example, I’ve made it clear that the area for the patio is a high traffic area, and instead of consulting with me, he chooses to use a sand composite and use a bonding agent to hold it down. I’ve told him repeatedly that it’s not practical, and he’s offered no further resolution. His quality of work and lack of professionalism and inability to listen to his customer is something I can’t work with in order for this project to work in the future.

    The file that I have to upload is too large.  So unfortunately, I can't upload the document onto your site.  At this time, I wish to close this complaint as unresolved due to slanderous comments made by the contractor.  This case will need to proceed through small claims court.  Thank you for your time.
