    On august 24th we started smelling gas from an outside pipe in our house on august 25th it got worse so we called the fire department and they turned it off august 26th we made PMR Property Management aware of the issue I called an estimation of 17 times to try and get ahold of someone to send a plumber out. They had sent two men to the house that had no understanding of what was needed to be done. From the past way they have fixed things like our AC that they had their HVAC guy patch a hole in it which he has been back two more times and it currently is still not fixed. we made them aware that we did not feel comfortable with a non licensed plumber fixing the gas leak that was under the house. They have since then fought us and fought us on getting someone out here and have been rude over the phone (which I have recordings of if needed) they have also accused me of kicking there plumber (non licensed) out of my house (which I have the recording of also) that I did not do. I have requested to speak to a supervisor which they have denied me of and no supervisor has contacted me back. On 8/27/24 I spoke to ***** which proceeded to be rude and tell me that they cannot do anything till the owner gets involved and that the supervisor I wanted to talk to was busy. I then called back on 8/27/24 an hour later and spoke to ***** who accused me of kicking the men out and was very rude ( have a recording of the conversation) I proceeded to tell her legal is involved and to send their guys out that this needs fixed and that if it is not fixed correctly our lawyer will get involved. She then said it is common for gas leaks and she will let me know when someone can get out there and hung up. My husband is in the military and I have a child that is one year old I am concerned for all of our health with this gas leak not being fixed. Not able to send video I can personally email them to you.

    I am a tenant, I have been dealing with this leasing company since June 2023. I moved into the property and informed them about not having fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. It took until March 2024 for them to finally install after I put multiple work orders. They never fix things in a timely manner and marking work orders as complete though no one has come to fix anything. My tub doesn’t drain and they said it’s too expensive to fix. I spoke with **** ***** ****** to which she had a bad attitude told me to move out then proceeded to hang up on me. Then finally decided to have someone come out to fix said issue. She is not friendly and does not care about her tenants

    I apologize for what sounds like 2 separate issues- one with getting maintenance done and the other with customer service. 

    Regarding maintenance.  As a new company in ******* we have struggled to find and maintain honest contractors and have had to hire/ fire several to get to the crew we have today.  From your communication it does sound like the issue(s) you've had has been resolved. 

    Customer Service.  If you were told to move and were hung up on that is not acceptable.  The ladies in the office work hard to maintain their professionalism.  Though sometimes, as I'm sure you are aware from your own experiences, people can have an off day; that combined with issues we were already dealing with in Lawton and our customers not always approaching us in a professional manner can sometimes produce a tense situation.  So let me apologize and let you know that we do appreciate you and hope your experience has improved since our new local crew has started.

    Business investor ***** ****** has been sending text messages threatening to evict my mother after my mother has been unable to get onto their portal to pay rent. the link they keep sending does not work. I have asked for three months for them to delete her and then add her back or create my mother a new account. the company refuses. Each month they add on a 50.00 late fee which my mother ends up paying in order to stay. they will not contact myself back so that I can better explain the issue. I called today from a different number and ***** answered and said my mother is an adult who can speak for herself. I advised my mother is not 30 past due therefore they cannot file an eviction notice based off of that just yet. and I live in Oklahoma and know my rights. She then began to call me ignorant and hung up on me. every attempt I have made to get in contact no one will call me back.

    Our office will reach out to residents through text or phone who have a past due, and yes our system does automatically generate a $50 late to those resident who do not pay their rent on time.  

    It is our practice to discuss financial matter with the resident who is responsible for the account.  Regardless it is always the resident responsibility to make sure rent is paid on a timely basis.
