Infinity is morally and ethically wrong. I worked for them when a white co-worker used the N-word and was not terminated. The reply from management was it was taken out of context and plus she can sell. I was also in Management with Infinity. I was the only sales team that was not allowed to help each other regarding the entire sales process. I informed HR that my director was providing a hostile work environment. I was shortly after placed on a Performance Improvement Plan, along with my entire team. We were not trained properly from the start and yet held accountable for things we were unaware of. I was informed by HR that I was not to talk about being placed on a *** to my team. I do not encourage anyone with morals or character to apply. My co-manager was offered to resign rather than termination. I was not. I was terminated. My co-manager was white, as I am not.

This company is morally and ethically bankrupt. They will steal your commission checks and absorb it back into their training budget, the turnover is horrendous for good reason. They treat their employees like garbage. They will look for ways to fire you and get rid of you. If you have any protections by law, they will do illegal things to try to figure out ways to get you gone. This company needs to be thoroughly investigated for their crimes. Im a firm believer in right and wrong, and karma does not miss a beat. May all the evil that theyve done to myself personally, and countless other people whove spoken up on the same matters, be brought to justice as this company does a lot of unlawful, and unjustifiable behaviors. God sees all. Judgement day is more important than court, but regardless, both shall come to pass. I could spit countless other facts with proof, however, I wont waste more of my breath. This company is a scam, and a fraud, and all the money theyve stolen from their employees overtime, along with the countless other atrocities that they have participated against people, may they all be exposed and brought to light!
