      Machine was quoted. Verbal conversations reassured purchaser that quoted machine had options requested. A price was verbally agreed upon, purchaser in good faith paid in full via wire transfer. Machine was delivered unannounced to purchasers home. Purchaser inspected machine later that day. ********* informed ***** that the machine was miss represented same day. ******* arrived with cosmic damage's and missing options originally discussed. ***** claimed damages were caused by purchaser. Rexco claims options can be added for additional costs. Purchaser requested that the unused equipment be returned and reimburse funds in the sum of $71,000. Rexco is unwilling to except the return. Only solution Rexco is offering is to add options for additional costs. Purchaser would rather terminate this transaction and part ways due to the events that transpired.
