    The company fails to allow me to speak directly with the owner. I believe a relative is handing all communication. They claim the amount given to me in the contract is the SAME as their email to me. If you look at the contract page (attached), paragraph 3, under Other, you'll see that the total I would pay them for the job would be $2441.88. The amount they agreed upon in their email to me (attached) was "*******" ... TOTAL. They failed to amend the original contract amount after we renegotiated, but are claiming they did and that I'm harressing them. I almost signed the contract before I caught it. Since then they've blocked me from their cell phone and from ******** Messenger. They have stated that they will return my deposit amount of $1481.45 within 45 days ... MINUS a processing fee of an undisclosed amount. I'm demanding a return of the FULL $1481.45 deposit with no processing fee deducted ... WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of today's date ... since the problem is all on their end. Most of this issue could have been avoided had the relative allowed me to speak directly with the owner who came out and gave me the estimate in the first place.

    Was a simple typo as he failed to point out to us. Deposit and overall amount was correct for the project as shown on contract. I found the mistake and have reached out, but still no response from the potential client after told he will be refunded within 30 days as materials have to be returned as well. Thank you!
