      NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Regular pick up of Garbage I agree with ******* *., if I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible quality, terrible attitudes when you call, terrible service all around.We have a community that is an ***, the *** is only formed because the private roads are maintained by the community. (Roads are chip and seal)A-1 Disposal serviced our community for years and we started out with an agreement that they would not come into the neighborhood and will have to have a standard pick up truck come in to get the trashcans to take them to the main county road.Over the years we allowed A-1 to come into our community WITH THE UNDERSTANDING that they will not turn around in our cul-de-sac.For the last 5 years we have called and asked to have their drivers trained on the rules of coming into our neighborhood. But we still find them doing whatever they want on our private roads.I recently called up asking once again for them to correct the situation and I was handed to the owner who proceeded to argue with me on the phone and threaten to call the cops so we can talk to them about it.Again we have private roads the police have nothing to do with it.We as a community will be filing a cease and desist letter so they are no longer allowed in the neighborhood. That is how bad this company is, and the owner certainly doesn't deserve any customer since he doesn't respect the fact that the reason he has a business, is because of the customers.
