    I bought this dress brand new from Hopes bridal and wore it to my daughters wedding May 1, 2025 came back and had it cleaned dropped off at the cleaners at natures white cleaners on **************** the week of May 6, *************************************************************************************************************** the back of the dress toward the lower back on right side. They kept it and got the water stain on the bottom out, but the stain at the back of the dress on the right side not come out and they said theres nothing they can do and it was a ghost stain, which means they said the fabric of the dressand their Detergent and stuff did not mix together well and I should not have left the dress. They took the dress and dried cleaned it andit is a dry clean dress. They messed up and I want to refund a partial of my money or the 651 that I paid. This is not correct now if the owner if somebody hit his car, does he expect us to go away and not have it fixed by the other insured wrong you pay for your mistakes and natures way on ***************** made a huge mistake with my dress.
