    This screen that Cuescreens sold me did not fit a 2016 ***** CX-9 very well. The description indicated it fit perfectly but. When installed properly it left a gap up top which the *** screen did not. Initially they shipped me what looked like a used screen with a glossy touch surface that was not anti-reflective as advertised and when I tried to call them I got an number is no longer in service message so I did a chargeback. I emailed them and told them I did a chargeback and they blamed the bad screena on distributor issues. I tried to call them again but still got a number disconnected. Eventually after some email communication they shipped me a screen with a matte screen as advertised, but it still didnt fit well with a gap on top. I explained that I had limited time to get it installed as the car was going to be gone. I returned the glossy screen but by the time I heard back from the seller he said he wanted to ship the screen back but I couldnt as my son had taken the car to college and I am unable to return the screen that was installed. I asked the seller if they would be willing to compromise with a partial refund since the quality is not what they advertised, but they were not. Now Im stuck with an overpriced screen that is not what the seller advertised and no better than $40 ones. Id be happy with a refund or even a partial refund since they now sell it for $149 instead of $299.

    I requested to return my screen days after I received it with residue on the back (like it had already been used). I received the return label right away after contacting them and then waited the ***** days for my refund as stated on their website and have yet to receive any money back - that was in February. It's been 6 months and still no refund and no one will respond to my emails. I would not recommend using this company. All I requested was a refund, minus shipping costs if needed. They received the return product so I have no product and am still owed over $300.
