"Shaunae Regulus I just move out of apartment that I rented from eagle property management for 6 years and charge a $1000 for repairs that didn’t need repairing I was charge for rent that the housing authority did pay I was charged late fee on my rent that was a lie I have receipts to everything that they charge me for I was charged for carpet cleaning I paid $114 dollars to have the carpet clean if you read eagle property management reviews you will see that this is what they do to every one that rent from them I’m a single parent of and eagle now made me and my to children homeless I have email and try to call no response I will not give up because I have 2 children that I have to care for I will talk the mayor of Cedar Rapids I will talk to the news I will file complaint against the Cedar Rapids housing authority because I love my children just like they do"
