    My son received an evaluation by the Sakura Center in January of 2023. They said they would contact us in 6-8 weeks to review the results. We did not hear from them in those 6-8 weeks. It was *** before we could have a meeting to go over the results, and this was due to us going into the office and demanding a meeting. We tried to call and email, but our calls and emails were never returned. We have since received the consultation and tried to get ahold of them to have the actual report, but we cannot contact them due to their voicemail box being full and emails not being replied to. We tried going into their physical location, and it was closed. Our insurance did pay for the service. We cannot get any help for my son until we have the report. It has been 11 months. I cannot get ahold of anyone at the center, and I am asking the BBB to help me get my report. I also have Tricare working on the issue.
