    We started with Prosource around February 2024. We designed cabinets for our kitchen and paid in full for the cabinets to be built and delivered. There was some damages to the cabinets upon delivery, some pieces were also missing and was reported to Prosource in April several times and I was told they would file a claim and I would recieve a refund. There was a refund amount of a few hundred dollars I was quoted for one of the damages, which I never received and I am still waiting for a response on the refund for the missing pieces. I have been emailing and requesting updates on these refunds for months now with no answers. I recently sent another email this week requesting an update with no response. I think the refund will be around $1000 but I have not heard anything about a claim that was filed or any responses for the refund. All I want is money to be refunded to me for the damaged items which I paid full price for, and refund for the pieces we did not receive, which I have reported months ago without a response on the amounts nor have I received any monies for these complaints about the damages and missing items.***** and Thank you for your help.

    Our material order with Mr. ***** was completed in April of 2024 for which he provided us with a 5 Star Review on Google.

    Following delivery, it was discovered that some items were damaged for which we have replaced or refunded per his request.

    There is one more outstanding replacement order that has been delayed due to our disconnect in communication.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to resolve immediately.
