      On 5/14 my husband took my 2021 ***** Tahoe to get a PCS Package clean by the company. When it was dropped off, we were quoted a timeframe of 4-5 hour wait time, so my husband went to his office about a 20 minute walk away. When he left, my truck was in complete working order, no check lights on the dashboard, no defects of any kind. Im only the second owner of the vehicle and it has less than ****** miles on it. When my husband arrived back to pick my truck up, it wouldnt even turn over. Everything on my dashboard lit up like Christmas lights, alerts I didnt even know my truck was equipped with. Had to leave my vehicle there overnight due to the shop closing and no shop to take it to at 5p. The morning of 5/15 we went back to see if my truck would start, and it again didnt, throwing the same lights. Had to get a jump from the worker just to get it onto a tow truck to get it to a shop. Was able to get a shop to diagnose what had happened, and it was a completely drained battery, a battery thats less than 2 years old. I was given a bill of over $400 and told the detailer they were responsible for reimbursing the shop bill due to this cause being a direct result of their company. They refused and berated me, without even an apology for the mental distress this has caused me. I filed a police report and will also be contacting an attorney.
