    This was such a sad and traumatic experience for me. I had lip blushing done. I brought a pic of the color I wanted. Shirnel asked me if I had any lipsticks. The lipstick was different than the color I had in the picture. I didn't understand what was going on. Shirnel ended up using a dark purple on my lips. I could tell something g was wrong by how she acted at the end. She said she thought had of my lips wouldn't hold color so she wasn't going to charge me until my touch up. It was the opposite side that held color and it was a big purple blotch w a long line. She said she would do saline to remove and then we could touch it up. During thr saline she also added some peach ink. My lips blistered up seeping out this peach ink. It was extremely painful not to mention ugly. She said to give it 6-8 weeks. Now my lips look worse.i still have that huge purple spot along with a large purple ring around my bottom lip bc the inside of my lips got lighter. I reached out and asked shirnel if we could speak in person and she could see my lips because I need to figure out a solution and a way to have this fixed. I first asked about 3 weeks ago and followed up recently and she won't reply to me. I feel so insecure and can't ever look in the mirror without seeing this damage. I've been traumatized. But to also have her just ignore me after she did this to me is so unprofessional and extremely poor character.
