    I am a Ur nurse that was sent home to work remotely March 2022. Have had issues with slow internet and buffering intermittently. I have been promised installation of fiber optic x 1 year. Was later told cost of permits along state highways was too costly. Lastly told waiting on approval of permits. Last 3 1/2 to 4 months internet has been buffering making extremely difficult to do my work. Have been told by office they can see radio receiver is intermittently dropping signal, but unable to service-their ladder truck has been in shop in Augusta, Ga for approx 4 mos for repairs. The office and techs are always very nice and try to resolve issues as far as they can.
