This complaint is against the City of Warner Robins Utility Dept. my complaint involves the billing of gas from S**************************. I am being charged for 95 units of gas for 26 days. The previous bill was for 35 days with 0 gas usage. The previous months bills were for 8 units, 9 units, 15 units, 16 units, 19 units, 22 units, 49 units, 49 units, 27 units, and 6 units. I only heat with gas. The temps during *************** did not require any heat. Then the Utilities manager, ********* tells me the city didn't charge me gas for the previous month, ************** which he states I used 35 units of gas to heat my home during the middle of summer! I have never used over 49 units of gas any month during the last twelve and that was during the coldest months of Jan and Feb. The city refuses to make this right. I showed Mr. ***** the anomaly in the gas reading and told him there was a problem when you go from 19, 16, 15, 9, 8, and 0 gas usage to then use 95 units! My bill went from $24 in Aug to $193 in Sept! They need to make this right. I feel like the meter is faulty and they need to investigate it.
