      Complaint:
      I have taken my 20** ***** ***** ** to this Precision Tune Auto Care location multiple times for the same issue with the traction control/steering angle sensor light. Each visit, I was told the issue was fixed, but the lights returned immediately — once within seconds of leaving the shop.
      The shop first installed an aftermarket sensor, which failed. I was later told it needed to be replaced with a true ***** part. Que, the manager in training, was unprofessional and inexperienced in handling the situation. The district manager, Annette, told me I would be contacted this week to bring the car back for repair, but no one followed up. I have also emailed the district manager twice with no response.
      At this point, I have had three failed repair attempts, broken promises of follow-up, and ignored communications. I have lost both time and money for services that were not properly rendered.
      Resolution Sought:
      I am requesting a full refund of the charges I paid for the steering angle sensor repair, as the shop has failed to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts and has not honored their commitment to repair or provide adequate communication.
