    I contracted the services of this company to repair my washer, which took forever to complete. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I asked for methods of payment and advised the representative that I would be using my credit card. I was not told until AFTER the service had been completed that there would be an additional 3% assessed to the **** because the credit card company charges this amount to them. To not be informed of additional fees prior to service is probably illegal but most certainly unethical. Secondly, I have not to this date, received my receipt for the $360 that I was charged for this repair service. I've called several times about this but cannot seem to get it resolved. When I got the credit card statement, it was paid directly to the owner of the company instead of in the company's name. Could this be why my receipt has been delayed for about a month now? The "Technician" practically destroyed my washer! Left off a part of it, which he had to reinstall, and, now the front panel is open, revealing the drum of the washer. I spoke to the Office Manager and was told that the owner would come back to fix it as I'd requested that they not send the original person back. This was a week ago - he (the owner) was a no-call, no show. I have had my washer unit for over 7 years, have moved 3 times and not once, has the front panel dislodged. I want the 3% refunded to my credit card and I want the front panel of the washer replaced correctly. I have fulfilled my side of the deal and would appreciate Appliance Service fulfilling theirs!This is ridiculous!

    We should have read the reviews. We had the absolute worst experience with this company. ************************* came out for an issue with our dishwasher, supposedly got the part, but never came back to install it. Spent 48 hours texting that hed come in a few hours then ultimately ghosted us completely, not even responding to our texts. He also pulled out our fridge, which was working perfectly, to check a sound and left it sticking out in the middle of our kitchen, where it stopped working completely and must now be replaced. Awful, awful experience. Call Appliance **** insteadthey were timely and responsive and cleaned up the ********* mess!
