    I sold my phone through their website and used their prepaid label. Tracking #********************** shows the phone was delivered to their Georgia address on July 25, 2025.I was supposed to receive $177. It has now been more than 6 business days, and I have not received payment, an update, or any reply to my emails.I am requesting immediate payment or the return of my device.

    Greetings

                     Our business is regarding buying electronic devices from people. The customer in the said complaint sent the device. Our policy regarding buying devices is that it has to be a paid off device. When we receive the device we have to do an extensive check on the device as far as if its not lost/stolen and if it is paid off. Some times we get devices from people that are blacklisted or financed. Our condition for buying and our offer is it has to be clean as far as the history of the device is concerned. This process can take 2-3 days sometimes if the device is not clean/clear to be used.  When we did our research on this device, we found out that it is not paid off. So technically the seller did not own the device fully. This research sometimes may take little longer but when we were done with our work we contacted the seller, mentioned the situation. Seller insisted that it was paid off then we asked to get it unlocked from the carrier it was bought from, because once a device is paid off then the carrier can unlock it. The seller did not agree to do that. Then  finally seller agree to take it back and we shipped the device back to the seller and provided them with return tracking number. Here is the tracking number for return 9402037903207289000016. Just to let BBB know we paid both ways shipping which we do for all customers. So we are out of shipping costs because the device was not as per our conditions that we mentioned on the site. Please let me know if any other information is needed. Thanks
