My family and I are from ******** we were on our way to ******* we booked two hotel rooms for the night ,Super 8 by Wyndham threw ******* **** .The pictures the rooms looked nice well what a surprise !! when i got in the rooms it was terrible needless to say we didnt stay so we drove all night to ************** sheets back crumbs of food in the bed ,pillows had mildew , Mildew in microwave ,food stain on pillows, toilet have pee on it, shower head was rusty lijke it was gonna fall off ,air condition was nasty, burns on top coverdoor lokked like it was **** on the door.So we were gonna stay anyway cause it was late so i went to office to see if they would give us clean sheets, pillows ,towels there were only two towels they had been there for awhile.I thought they would come an change beds an look at the rooms but she gave one pillow no towels one sheet they were nasty as well! so i told i wanted my money back she kept telling me it would be back in my account still havent gotten any thing. I have sent complaints to booking and wyndhan an hotel nobody seems to think they owe us our money .we did not the lady at the cdesk was so rude.I have pics also .Somebody needs to get that place cleaned.Thugs back there doing ***** an the manager !!! Health DEPT needs to slip in there. I just want my money back 190.78 cents wich the lady kept saying it would be back in my account. I sent all my info in to super 8 corporate they keep saying they cant get ahold of the owner!!
