    On May 9, 2025, I received a confirmation of my order for faux flowers, copy attached. It was $41.62 plus tax for a total of $54.11. In the advertisement on ******** they indicated this product was made in the *************, however it was shipped from *****. (attached) After a couple of weeks went by I started corresponding with them and they just kept sending me the tracking number which never showed anything and June 5. I ask for a refund and they said it was already shipped so no refund even though I never received the product. After corresponding back and forth I filed a claim thru ******. On their deadline date they responded saying the package was delivered in June and that I should check with my neighbors and my post office. I called our local post office in ********************* and gave them the **** number, **********************, copy attached. My post office told me that the **** tracking number was a good number but it had nothing to do with this company or with me. They said sometimes companies will try to pass off another companies tracking number. I relayed this info to the claim with ****** but because Declaratiy sent them the tracking info ****** closed the claim without checking it out or talking to me. If you call the ******************** number it will say that tracking number was delivered in *********** but refers to no address. Since, when I have corresponded with Declaratiy they have not responded. Since this all happened I have read bad reviews. I don't know if there is anything you can do but at least maybe this will keep someone else from getting scammed. Thank You

    On 5/5/2025I ordered the silk flowers advertised on ******** with the comittment that my order would be shipped within 2 or 3 days, the seller ****************** advertises "Made in the ***" with a Guarantee of 100% money back guarantee if not happy with the merchandise/product ordered. After 43 days I finally got a package from ********* CHINA per ******, the plastic envelope was half open & re-tape, the silk flowers (3 bunches) of which 2 were wrapped in plastic but the 3rd bunch was loose, falling out of bag with many flowers falling. Also I ordered thru ****** requesting to pay with my default credit card, Declaritiy sent the charge to ****** even though I dont't have a ****** account & overcharged me from $39.68 to $51.58. I immediately I contacted seller who asked for pictures I sent ***************** wants to compensate me with $11.00 ??? Why? their add says 100% refund guarantee. Declaritiy is misleading claiming Made in the *** and refusing to honor their 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee. How did they ordered Pay Pal to charge my personal **** card? This is Fraud & false misleading advertisement!!! I have photos but do not know how to upload them.
