    I contacted ***** @ the *********** location around April 22, 2025, informing him that I was having issues with my car and that the check engine light was on. Til today I am still having car issues. I was forced to rent a car from Enterprise resulting in mepaying $207 until my car was repaired. These repairs have cost me about $1,517, not even taking into consideration the mental, emotional and physical stress that this has caused me.

    I am rejecting this response because: this complaint was not regarding the refund or receiving any refund. Given my longstanding relationship with your company, Express Oil, I was both surprised and disappointed by the poor level of service, which has now compelled me to formally escalate this issue. The way I was treated by ALL staff, especially **** ***** was unspeakable. I began to wonder if it was because I was black and not American as to why I was treated this way. If I was a white American, would I have been treated better? 

    This is the worst car service experience I have ever had. Your staff were rude, unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful. They showed no regard for customer satisfaction or quality standards. They made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. This is a major inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. I rely on my car for work, family and personal errands. I have had to rent a car from, which is costly and time-consuming, and I am still fighting this issue today from April of 2025. It as you and your company have just washed your hands of an issue that was created/escalated by the lack of resolve by your technicians. 

    I hope that you can take steps to improve your support teams responsiveness so that other customers do not have to go through this same experience.
