1/7/25 Rotor Rooter came to my residence to unclog the main line because of overflowing toilets in my home. Tech came out to clean drain, per the conversation said that he ran a camera down the drain to ensure that everything was clean. RR provide a 30 day guarantee if there are any issues, a estimate for the complete removal of main line was given to me because he said that the pipes because of the age of the home. Payment was made of $476 dollars on 1/7/25. Today 6.2.25 I had someone come to my home for plumbing issues yet again. *** ******** proceeded to examine the issue to find out that the main line drain was fake. The drain line was simply a inactive pipe that was bured in dirt. While Roto Rooter did not install the pipe he assure me that he stuck a camera down the pipe and it was completely clear which is impossible because the pipe was cut in half and placed in dirt and not on the actual main line. Which meant that the tech at Roto Rooter falsely diagnosed the issue.
