Contractor Lied about experience and quality of work, stole a lot of materials, tools and personal items from me. Had me buy extra materials not needed for the job. Said he was certified in all the work done. Lied about how much work he did. Made my house unlivable. Told me that seance I fired him I wasn't getting a refund even for the work not done, he wasnt going to return any missing items and that he would sue me if I texted or contacted him in any way. I have everything documented to support my case. I had the what little work that was done in 2 months reviewed by others it was in no way professionaly done and not to code. I am stuck with a mortgage and rent now because of this guy. I am still waiting on a police report and I have witnesses and can go way more into detail on what happened. It is a lot and I don't have enough cheracters left on this section to fully explane it. I am also currently trying to get the rest of the reciepts for missing tools and items. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did with this company. The only reason I kept him on the job as long as I did is he kept offering free work. He was the highest bid for the job and he tricked me into thinking he was a highly qualified professional. Please help me and thank you for your time.
