      I have been waiting 8 weeks for a claim that was submitted. Ive also left 9 messages between myself and their customer service line. The reps and managers refuse to get on the phone and call back when all Im looking for is an update. Most unprofessional and lazy company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and run. Total scam of a company

      The worst insurance payment company !! Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife and I were in a trip abroad April 2022 and both got COVID and had various associated expenses. We filed a claim and almost a year later and after dozens of calls and letters have not received a dime. They are totally disorganized and incompetent, closed our file by mistake, and the people responsible are continuously changing and passing the buck, making promises to expedite and never dothey cannot be reached via email, only long phone calls where you get somebody else every time. Absolutely the worst customer service and we are still waiting on them. Dont use any insurance policy that uses Broadspire. We used TinLeg and I would never use them again!

      ************************* works as a claim examiner and has given me the run around and refuses to pay my claim. He is rude and tried to pay me less then my car is worth by showing me the trade in value (hoping i wouldnt notice) and not the cash value. My car is still sitting (6 weeks later) because he just sent an adjuster out to look at my car a few days ago. This company offers the worst customer service and they end up costing the insurance company 10 times the amount because of all the games they play to not pay you. I had to hire an Attorney to get them to pay and Im still waiting. Its caused me so much stress i cant even go to work. Hes low balling me on my car after i provided proof of the value. Im not allowing them to take advantage of me and Im filing A lawsuit so other people dont get ripped off by these people. Watch out! If your car is considered a total loss snd they provide you with a ***** blue book price make sure its not the trade in price because its a trick to get you to agree to take less money for your car value. Im sure he has done this to many other people not just me.

      THIS COMPANY ARE BULL S..... DOSENT HAVE ANY MORAL OR RESPECTS TO CUSTOMER, I HAVE MY CLAIMS SINCE MAY 2022 AND THEIR OFFICE LOCATED IN ********** IN THE ************ ARE EMPTY WHERE I HAVE FILED A SMALL CLAIM'S AT THE SUPERIOR COURT AGAINST THEIR SERVICES AND NO BODY HOME /.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY . I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A REVIEW OF ZERO STAR.

      It has been 3+ months to wait for a simple claim to be processed / approved by 'management' regarding an event cancellation reimbursement. I provided all the necessary documentation, called multiple times for updates given none were received, was made aware my adjuster changed (although not even made aware myself) and still have yet to know a timeline of when it will be approved. I'd give this 0 stars if able, the people I have spoken to have at least been nice with their customer service but still no answers or action taken place. Seriously need to work on efficiency especially when dealing with other people's money!
