    I have a rental unit where 2 of the drawers were removed when the last tenant moved out. It was new construction, and so I looked up the cabinet information. Cabinets were supplied by *********** who I cannot deal with directly: I must deal with a distributor. Nearly the only one in the area is ProSource in ********. After multiple attempts at filling out their online form AND calling them without getting a response, I did finally get someone around February 25th (*************************). He asked for the information on the drawers I needed which I promptly supplied. Today is April 5 and I still have no answer on pricing and timing for the drawers. I am testing my requests and I can see that he reads them: he just DOES NOT answer. I know this job is small and probably not worth it to them to care, but at least they need to tell me they don't care. I need these drawers supplied asap!

    As far as the late response I have been out of town for several weeks with a family issue.

    We have spoken to customer and he did order his cabinet draws. The time it took was waiting for correct measures from the customer and my design team to make sure that they will ffit the existing cabinets. 

    This does take time and he was contacted throuh out the process.. We are a very customer service oriented business as you can see we do NOT  get complaints from our customers.

    We reached out to the customer and not sure why the complaint was even written over two draw fronts. We did not sell the cabinets to the customer , we were contacted for two draw front replacements only.
