    They dont provide a designated service date but instead said Id be notified by text a couple of hours prior to crews arrival. I left out collection cans for the debris that would be collected by my county for compositing. On day of service they texted the same time they arrived according to video cam. They left debris in my shrubbery and beds that had just been cleaned and mulched the day before. They blew the rest of the debris to the side of house and neighbors yard and raked it up all along base of my home. When I got to house 30 mins after text they were gone. I saw the mess along with a dent in my gutter I called to complain. The first guy was rude and accused me of lying. The second guy was difficult and said its an extra fee to collect debris which I was not told. I asked why would I hire you if you leave my yard in a mess. He promised theyd return on the next day but never did. They claim on their phone message they are A+ BBB rated. Obviously thats a lie and you should address that. They also ******* you with coupons but dont apply them to your service.

    • The customer complained about debris on the 14th we offered to come back out to the house, the next day they called in and cancelled the return service visit.

    In the process of cleaning our gutters ********** Stevens crew damaged an outside faucet at our home. The manager of the crew noted and took responsibility for the damage and told me to submit a plumber's estimate (attached) for repair and submit it to *** Stevens company (which I did). I followed up with the company on three separate occasions and was told each time that the reimbursement for the repair was approved and would be forthcoming after I received a waiver form. I never received the form, there has been no reimbursement and the company has not contacted me.

    We had used ****** Gutter cleaning for a number of years and were happy with their service. In early 2023 we received a letter saying that NED STEVENS GUTTER CLEANING had purchased ****** and that they would be cleaning our gutters going forward.On June 6, 2023 a two man crew from *** STEVENS showed up and began the gutter cleaning.I was working from home that day and I went outside to take a quick look, what i saw was to be honest very strange, instead of using what I'll call the traditional method of scooping out the leaves and debris from the gutters and putting that into a bucket or bag, *** STEVENS crew were using leaf blowers to blow the leaves and debris out of the gutters. I figured they knew what they were doing so i went back inside to calm down my dog. In a short while ********** STEVENS crew left and i went out side again. What I found why frankly unbelievable, there were leaves and debris everywhere, on my driveway, on my deck, in my flower beds in the front of the house and all over the foundation plantings and in my flower beds in the back of the house.I waited until my wife came home from work so she could see the mess that ********** STEVENS crew had left, she was astounded and we agreed that i would call in the morning.I called *** STEVENS customer service and told them what happened and i was told that they would send the crew back out to 'clean up' our property. Sure enough first thing the next morning the same crew showed up and i went out to show them all the leaves left in my beds, they had a couple of plastic bags so i left them to it.In a short while i heard them leave and went out to find most of the debris was still in my flower beds, I immediately called customer service and was told that they would send the crew out again to clean up, i told CS that this was fruitless and that i would not pay for the service and did not want to do business with them, We eventually agreed on a 50% payment. Tuesday Oct 24 they showed up again same guys!!
