    After using Falcon Flooring on four different projects in less than 1 year, here is my honest review. At first things seemed to be good, but on the first project, there were signs of dishonesty and poor quality that I should have heeded as warning signs. Here are a few issues:1)INSTALLATION: the carpet installations are all needing to be redone and it hasnt even been 1 year. The carpet seams are showing again, and edges are coming up especially at areas that bump up next to vinyl or hard flooring. 2)PAYMENT METHODS: They do not accept AmEx and the real reason is because they do horrible jobs and AmEx would better protect us (the buyers). Also, do not get their mohawk credit card - you cannot pay it off with AmEx (what ***** told me but that is a lie).3)POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owner ****** literally screamed and yelled over the phone and said she already took my money and it's nothing that I can do. She seemed nice, but that quickly changed. After ****** yelled at us, her coworkers ***** and ***** can be heard laughing in the background you can imagine this is normal behavior for this company culture.4)ALWAYS ADDING COST: They take your money. They added a thousand dollars to our invoice like we weren't going to notice and without talking to us. I also noticed that jobs where ****** was the installer, always tend to need more materials. It doesnt matter if *********** lowes, and even empire did the measurements, his jobs always needed more materials. We know how to measure and used professional measurement services, but they always just say something was wrong with the measurements and it always seems to be almost $1000 more in material costs needed. I've never experienced anything like this - please be cautious. There are other flooring companies with good prices and better customer service. I'd highly recommend avoiding this company. There are some really good and local mom and pop shops that would appreciate you and your business.
