      Three times, my family and I had issues with this transportation. Today was the final straw. We ask for a handicap bus for elders in our vacation group and for a family member that recently had a bad motorcycle accident. All of the doctors and his personal rehab trainer cleared him for the vacation. They told us to get a handicapped vehicle to make things alot easier. So we asked for a handicapped bus months in advanced. Closer to the cruise sail day, we was told the handicap bus was rented out and we did not receive any other alternatives. On the way back home, the bus down down on the side of the highway for 5 1/2 hours with little communication on what was going on. A mechanic came to help. The mechanic hooked his diagnostic computer to the bus and 14 codes automatically popped up. The mechanic even stated stuff was bypass in the maintenance care of the bus. We sat in the heat for hours with no AC. Some of the elders were getting sick. The family member that recently had alot of surgeries and rehab was getting ill. Luckily, we had fans and hydration boosters on the bus becayse it could have been worse. After 5 hours the owner came with another vehicle. He didnt address the issues nor apologize. On top of that, he bought i bus with two flights of stairs. After everyone was roasting away in the broken bus, we have to climb up more stairs. Our family member, the one that recently had a bad accident, felt upset because everyone had to help lift and carry them on the bus. Plus, he did not have enough room to relax. He had to sit uncomfortable for the next 4 to 5 hours on the bus. We made it home, and more trouble came along. The owner couldn't drive into the drive way, he stated "the bus is too big". He expected us to walk down a long dirtroad with all our luggage. While he was trying again, the bus hit some tree branches. He stated, "he's not trying to mess up his bus". The owner had communication problems and show little empathy. This company is a disappointment.
