    I went to ******* **** of Tree Financial LLC to do my taxes for tax year 2022 2023 2024 she filed my taxes illegal and fraudulent and I got audited for my Georgia State Tax return she used information that was not given to her she reported that I had a business and owned my own property and home she also used income numbers that wasnt reported. I had to go to H and R Block for them to look over my taxes and it was reported by the state of Georgia and also H and R Block that she filed fraudulent and illegal and I had to get a Amended she also filed that I did my own taxes that they were self done. Tree Financial phone numbers are ************ ************ email address *********************** I was also advised that this company did my taxes like that for 2023 which I have to amend as well.

    Im sincerely sorry that things have reached this point. Ive spoken directly with her and also with a State Revenue Representative during our conversation. It was clearly explained that there was nothing incorrect or fraudulent on her account. The issue was simply that she needed to provide receipts for the expenses she claimed.


    At that time, I advised her to gather the requested documentation and submit it to the proper authorities. As Ive always been clear, I am an advisornot a tax expertand I have never presented myself as one. Additionally, her tax filings were self-prepared, which is reflected in the documentation.


    If she felt that my assistance did not meet her expectations or had any concerns, she could have reached out to me directly. I want to emphasize that there was never any ill intent, and all information provided was accurate and shared with her full knowledge and consent.


    With that said, I am willing to refund the $225 she paid this year for my assistance. I wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.
