    This business has threatened wrongful eviction. A neighbor made a complaint about noise to the property management this same neighbor that has smoke coming through the vents into my apartment on a daily basis. I had made complaints and the issue still hasn't been addressed. Because the neighbors made noise and violent complaints that there is still no proof of which i have been asking for. Henry County police came and still did not find any claims to be true. I have serious health issues which am seeking treatment for in ************* my daughter is my caregiver who currently visits my apartment to Assist me she doesnt reside their permanently but is responsible for the upkeep. I have been contacting the leasing office on service occasions for the documents i need to break this lease agreement however they are ignoring the issue of providing the documents i have been hung up on asking for this i have each and every recording if i will be wrongfully evicted i will pursue a lawsuit behind this i ask for documents to break the lease provide them do not hold me in a contract unwillingly, and still threatening eviction. I am wanting to leave on November 1st 2024

    I applied to move in and placed a hold/ security deposit. The employee, *******, told me that I was conditionally approved but then my documents could not pass verification. She told me that I could not proceed without the documents. The manager, ********, stated that I would get a $200 refund within 30 days. It has now been 2 months and still no refund. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and ******** said she forgot to process the refund and that she would process it and try to expedite the refund. I did not receive it. Two weeks later, I was given a hard time by ******* who said this all dropped in her lap and had several complaints. I just want my refund.
