      On 14 June 2025, I ordered a 7" Pool Table from **************************** I was told that it would take 10 days to get the pool table and I would be contacted for a delivery date. After 3 weeks (8 July), I inquired about the status. I was told that someone would need to call me back with an update. I received a call stating that the pool table was in and someone would be calling me during the week to set up a delivery date during that week. No one called. I called again on 12 July to ask when would it be delivered. Again I was told someone from scheduling would call me. Later that afternoon I was told that it would be delivered on 14 July. On the delivery day, I received a call from ***** stating that the felt was damaged, I agreed to using a temporary felt and they would order a new one. ***** stated that they would upgrade my package because of the delay and lack of communication. Around 1:30pm the delivery personnel arrived and right away stated that one of the legs was broken and they could not install the table. They took a picture and said they sent it to someone to let them know. Once they left I attempted to call ***** but there was no answer. On 16 July, I contacted the store because no one reached out with a status. I stated I no longer wanted to purchase from a company that has not provided the service as promised. I was told that I would be held to the store policy of 30% restocking fee and remaining store credit. ***** also asked had I not hear of the tariffs and I stated that it has nothing to due with me especially since no on had communicated anything to me. While they have a store policy it does not include me paying for a product and they not provide the service and not expect me to have a reasonable expectation of the services that I paid for. I was told I was being loud and not being civilized. At that point I concluded the call. I have also disputed the charge via my credit card but will approach all avenues for a full refund.

      I purchased a pavilion and hot tub in January 2024 from the disputed business. February 26, 2024 was the initial hot tub and pavilion delivery date. The company only delivered the pavilion. February 28, 2024 a text message was received stating that she had a standard hot tub and not the exact hot tub that I ordered. She stated that she would order my hot tub and it would be delivered in a few weeks. March 18, 2024, the company delivered the standard hot tub and not the hot tub that I paid for, as if I would not realize it. March 22, 2024, *** stated that the supplier sent the wrong tub and that they were building the hot tub and that it would take 2 weeks to finish and then ship. It is now 4/21/2024. I have yet to receive the hot tub that I ordered. I have several text message receipts from *** giving me medical excuses but no resolve of when my hot tub would be delivered. *** stated that she has ordered the correct hot tub in March and stated that she would provide the tracking number of the warehouse where the correct hot tub was being built. That conversation was on 4/14/2024 and she has not provided the order number or shipping information.-I am now requesting a refund of the hot tub at this time because I do not feel that the company has any intention on delivering me what I ordered.I researched the company's rating and it seems as if there is major discrimination against people of color. The only review on the list where the customer had an issue and the company made right by it was a customer who did not look like myself. I continue to get the run around from *** and her family members, which seems to be only lies and empty promises. This is not a reputable company and the products do not seem to be new. They seem to be refurbished. I have been very patient with this company and tried to give them time to do right by my purchase. I would like a refund of the product as they have not fulfilled their end of the business deal.

      I purchased what was to be a new custom built swim spa. ********** delivered a used spa with damages panels and leaking plumbing. They have not honored the warranty, They claim it came from the manufacturer with refurbished panels, They claim they have received new panels from manufacturer to replace the panels with holes filled with putty. They have not responded to my calls concerning the warranty repairs for leaks. The Manufacturer claims they did not send the tub with holes in panel but have sent to merchant replacement panels. Manufacturer - **********- will only stand behind the warranty for parts and will not refer me to another responsive dealer to service warranty.
