    On November 16, 2022, I paid a deposit of $522.50 to have two shower doors installed, two sink faucets repaired, a cabinet hole repaired, and a door crack repaired. The company initially informed me that the services would take 1 and a half days to complete; however, the project was started on December 6, 2023, but wasn't completed until January 18, 2023. I was also informed that two technicians would work on the services; however, there was only one technician. The start time each day to complete the project was also delayed throughout this timeframe. The company also had to send a replacement technician to correct the shower door installation in my kids' bathroom in which the door wouldn't close. One of the sink faucets could not get repaired and that fee was removed; however, the 2nd sink faucet that was repaired broke and I had to pay another company $130 on July 14, 2023 to fix both sinks per my initial service request. After the services were completed on January 18, 2023, I paid the final balance of $412.50 on January 22, 2023. However, a few months later, I started noticing that the caulk around both shower doors that were previously installed was starting to turn brown from the water and look like mold was forming. In addition, the master shower door stopped closing completly shut. On July 12, 2023, I contacted the company and provided photos and requested for them to send a technician to remove the caulk and add waterproof caulk instead and also fix the master shower door. After multiple text messages and leaving a voice message, I was provided a date of August 23, 2023 for the repairs, but the company canceled the service appointment the following morning and informed me that the services would be rescheduled for the following week. After I did not receive a new date, on August 28th, September 1st, 5th, 11th, & 12th, I followed up with the company, but they have stopped returning my calls and texts messages to complete the repairs they caused.

    On or around July 13, 2022 @ 4:30 pm - I received a text from Same Day Call Service to schedule an appointment for free estimate.07/22/2022 @ 1:05 pm Azari - texted/email to review the estimate and to schedule the job. 07/27/2022 @ 10:30 am - I received a text asking if I've reviewed the estimate and was I ready to schedule. I requested it be resend in which it was resent. I informed Same Day call that I would need to have the project financed. 08/01/22 @ 1:43 pm - I was informed by ***** to go the website Samedaycall.com for financing and to fill out the application. The loan was approved for the project. H requested a copy of my Driver's license. 08/10/2022 @3:58 pm - texted received text from Same Day Call saying I was Wednesday next week. I informed SDC I will be back in the country. SDC agreed to reschedule Thursday. I agreed. 08/18/2022 @ 1:09 pm - I texted ************** - no show and to call me to discuss the status of the project. I received a text informing me the system was down and someone will be here at 3:30 pm to repair the drywall - NO SHOW.08/18/2022 @ 4:11 pm - I texted SDC asking why no show? SDC texted backed stating someone will be at my residence around 8 am to 9:30 am.08/19/2022 @ 9:36 am I texted ************** asked what happened and I was informed the Tech had to stop by HD for supplies and will arrive in 5 minutes. No show. 08/23/2022 @ 8:49 am - I received a texted stating SDC is waiting on the ceiling tiles to arrive.09/11/2022 @ 7:05 am - Texted ************** to stop the installation. The tiles did not meet the specifications we discussed the moisture, molding, etc. then I demanded the project to be stopped immediately. I asked SDC to call me. 09/12/2022 @ 6:58 am - SDC texted me to say we will meet in the morning. SDC was asked to provide me true and accurate receipts of any and all materials purchased and used, cancelled checks paid to subcontractors prior to final payment. SDC is not working in good faith.
