    Our complaint is against an apartment complex. Our lease ended last **** *** 2023 and we moved out on the same day. The management was already aware of this but still charged us for the entire month on **** ** 2023. We told them about this and claimed that they thought we were moving at the end of the month. That was our plan originally but the assistant manager told us that we would have to pay a different rate if we would do that and that is why we declined. On the day of our move, we went to the office to hand out keys and was told by the same assistant manager that they would just do an inspection of the unit and would send the refund afterwards. Well, that's been more than two months now. We have called them several but no one would answer the as well as left several voicemails to no avail. We have also sent emails but also got no replies. Finally, we decided to write a review on their website and was finally contacted by the manager. She claims that she was not aware of the situation but that is a lie since we have tried to contact them several times. She promised to do something about it but it's been more than a week now but nothing has been done. She would just keep on saying that she's working on it. Georgia law states that a refunds should be returned within 30 days or it would be tripled. Hope you could help us get this resolved. Thank you.
