    ATL Apollo Screens (noted as this company), repeatedly failed to keep set appointments. Dates noted are dates this company actually arrived as scheduled.On September 29, 2023 this company installed double door retractable screens on my back patio doors. After screens were installed I (***********************) told the installer that the doors were unacceptable. As both screens were visibly very loose with wavy folds not hanging straight. I ask the installer if people actually accept their screen doors loose and waving like this. The installer shook his head No. The installer said he made the screens and would remove them and attempt to fix the problem at his truck parked on the street of my home and if he could not he would have to take them back to this companys shop to fix the problem. He attempted and told me he could not fix at the truck and needed to take them back to this companys shop. I immediately contacted *************************** the sales representative to inform him of the unacceptable problem of the screens. **** related fixing and returning to reinstall next week. This company did not return as planned as the installer has Covid this company informed me that the installer was not sick when he installed my screens. As to not being sick in my home. I said thats not how they say ***** works. On October 17, 2023 this company returned to re-install the screens. The screens were not fixed; the screens looked exactly the same loose with wavy folds. I informed the installer that the screens were still unacceptable. To be brief; the installer did not remove the unacceptable screens, stating talk to **** and left. I immediately called **** to report the screens were still unacceptable, screens needed to be removed from my home, needing a refund of my deposit and the concerning verbal words by the installer. **** requested a picture of the problem, which I did text to him. To date this company has not removed screens nor refunded my deposit.
