      I wish I could give them 0 stars. Direcpath is providing me with a service level below the level of service that they provide in neighborhoods where their are other ISP's that compete with them. The only reason I have Direcpath is because of a contract with my apartment building, but I've have far better ISPs that actually work and respond to customers respectfully and timely. My internet has been out since I woke up at 8am today and at 10pm it is still out. This is very inconvenient for someone who relies on the internet to work from home. The representatives claim someone is actively working on getting it fixed at 11am, but when I called back around 7pm they said the same thing and ended with "Well it is late so perhaps they won't be working on it today." Inconsistent and terrible.
