    I relocated back to ************* 2021. My family acquired a lease with MIS LLC through a family member. I paid my deposits and prorated rent for the month of August to secure the home. I completed a walkthrough with the property manager Iman via Facetime as I was in another state. She informed me that the home would be cleaned and ready for move-in and all trash from previous tenants would be removed. One of her maintenance men was out via Covid. Communication during our arrival and preparation to arrive was shaky. When my family arrived to the home on Sept ***. To my surprise the home had not been cleaned, no trash removed, and we didn't even have the keys. The property manager ensured me that the keys would be on the property. One of the doors was left unlocked so we could enter. The home was a mess. I was unable to let y children enter the home until after we bug bombed the home. There was some kind of bug infestation that was crawling over us, I am thinking fleas. Once the property manager was able to finally be reached she deployed maintenance to address the home and bring the keys. Maintenance arrived alongside *********.********* examined and make sure all appliances were good to go. ***** *** provided 3 warning documents of things that needed to be addressed for our safety. Never addressed. I have spoken with the company on multiple occasions about addressing the repairs in our home and nothing, but they continue to collect rental payments. I have communication via text and recording of the landlord saying they are a bad company and I should have moved into a home on the******************* if I wanted a home that was already completed. He stated that I should be paying 1950 instead of his rental price of 950 for the requirements I am using for. I currently have a puddle of septic tank water in my backyard. Broken windows and leaking faucets have increased my bills. The landlord has stated that he feels he has gone above and beyond, but nothing is done.Help
