            I prepaid for 4 hair styles from this business at the beginning of 2021 and it was agreed that I would cash in on them throughout the year of 2021 whenever I needed an appointment to get my hair did. I have cashed in on 2 of the 4 hairstyles before this incident took place. I was refunded for 1 of the remaining 2 hairstyles to be cashes in on. I was to go get my hair did on July *** 2021 at 9:30 a.m. by the owner Shaaira ****** and cash in on Medium box braids. I told the owner that morning that I would be running 10 minutes only to be told when I have driven almost an hour that my 10 minutes would throw her whole schedule off and for me to reschedule. So, the owner messaged me with a date to come back almost a month later and I refused to wait that long and told her that I cannot do that date and would rather discontinue my services with her business and for her to refund me. Her policy does not state anything about not receiving a refund under these circumstances.
