            I have a ******** ***** and pomeranian mix dog she is trained she has all her records including her shot records she is under 35 pounds and the breed restriction weight is 35 pounds my apartment told me that I have to get rid of her in a day or I will have to pay 600 dollars I feel as if this is unfair because she is a trained dog and she is small enough to be here she is not an aggressive breed and they have other people here with pitbulls and other bigger aggressive dogs and one has already attacked someone and they are still staying here with their dog I wanted to see how I could get help with this situation I'm willing to pay the pet fee for her to be here because when i tried they told me to come back later and when we came back they were not there and I do not feel like this situation is fair and being handled correctly they are very rude and unprofessional at the rent office and also she was a foster dog so she came from a foster home and they contacted river park they got rude with them aswell

            The apartment are nice size. Close shopping, pharmacy, restaurant and sidewalk you can use for exercise. The biggest problems is the upkeep, maintain the yard, fixing issue, management is disrespect and gossip. Ignore work orders...discrimination. lie about word not receiving work order numerous times about the complaints. Months without heating, air, flooding, mold in walls that have been painted over, infestation of rodents, bats, birds in the ceilings, etc.. your concers your issues your complaints are not important to then when they can make commission for repaint exterior thou you need cooling and hear. Something must be done before some dies from the ignorance and neglect for the safety of residents. No fire extinguisher.
