    Poorly run business. I contacted this ***** February 22nd in regards to replacing the engine in my car. I was told the car would be ready in about 2 weeks. When the car was ready (March 5th) I picked it up and drove it home. Two days later (March 7th) I drove it for the first time and didn't make it 5 miles before the car started making a knocking sound and it was clear what I paid for was not fixed. I contacted the owner and he advised me not to drive it and he would pick it up the next day (March 8th) to see what's going on. At this point everything was going okay, the car was not fixed but he was ready to take the car back and get it corrected. Well after repeated attempts to get him to pick up the car, he had an excuse every time we called, he didn't get my car until March 22nd. Since then it has been excuse after excuse on why my car is not being worked on. Every time we call it's another 1 and a half to two weeks. He said his partner quit, then he said he had to move shops, or he is out of town getting other car to work on. Still not working on my car. He tells us 2 weeks and when we call to follow up it's another 2 to 3 weeks, followed with an excuse. We have been patient, but we paid almost 47 hundred dollars 5 months ago, and we still don't have a working car. I mainly been patient because I do not want a rushed job or my car not to be fixed properly but it's getting out of hand now. I have a family of 9, kids playing sport. my husband and I both work. We have to rent cars and take Ubers just to get around. So now it's costing us way of 47 hundred to get a car fixed. Finding an attorney is our next step.

    i purchased a car from ******************* and this guy has not provided me the ****** for the car and everytime i go up there its excuse after excuse

    ************************* came to get my car to repair it over a year ago, 13 months ago in February 2023. He was supposed to pick up my other car, but he picked up both vehicles. I went ahead and let him work on it. Still has not repaired my car. Still has not gotten the parts to fix my car. There is now damage done to the car and my car is in pieces. I paid for parts because he claimed he couldnt find them, and brought it to him. He still has not repaired it. I went up there and he got verbally aggressive with me. He keeps giving me the runaround. Every time I have gone up there the windows are open, there is now moisture in the care. When I went yesterday the car was in pieces. This is the last resort before taking him to court
