    Bought a abdominal binder after having surgery from this company. Received product, opened the piece of scotch tape on the package which they state is the ***** Tried the binder on over my clothes realized it was too big placed in back into the package and resealed the piece of tape. Called the company for a return authorization number and then sent the package back which they received two days later. Company reports that it takes 15 business days for a refund After 15 days and no refund contacted the company, we have no record of any return, gave them my tracking number from *** and they contacted me back that refunds take 15 days and I should receive it early next week. Still no refund and it's now many days past their 15 day time period. I called the company and I was told that there would be no refund because the seal on the package was broken. I said that was only a piece of tape and how was I know if it fit if I didn't try it on.They did not want to hear anything. So they have my money and the binder, sounds like (theft to me) and which they will probably reseal and resell it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I am not the only person this has happened to. STAY AWAY.**************

    Worst company EVER. TOTAL rip-off and worst customer service ever as well. Waste of $200. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Zero stars

    I have had a terrible experience with customer service at **********************. Long story short, I received 2 compression garments. I opened one and realized it would not work for me. Contacted customer service, ***** I was given the approval to send back and sent back via **** 2 weeks go by and i receive an email that one of the garments was declined and the other they would refund. I didnt receive a refund on the garment until 3 weeks later, only because I started contacting the customer service department again. I hadnt received the garment they declined to refund (they were supposed to send back). Fast forward to 5 weeks later, I still hadnt received my garment back. I was told my hands are tied by ***** I again asked who I could speak to who was in a management position. She finally forwarded me to *****. ***** stated that I would receive a refund, because at this point I no longer even needed to wear a garment anymore. I have yet to receive a refund nor get answers. It is almost impossible to get anywhere with the customer service department and returns department. Buy garments elsewhere. They are expensive and not any better than other cheaper compression garments. I have an additional 3 garments that I had purchased from Marena and they all developed holes in them because of the material. I recommend buying elsewhere and saving your money.
