On Aug 31, I asked Dominion Servers to serve an affidavit and paid the invoice on the same date. On Sept 1, Dominion Servers sent some pictures of the property where the affidavit was served and claimed the affidavit was served. On Sept 8, i requested Dominion Servers another service of serving another affidavit to the same address. On Sept 12, i got more pictures of the property where the affidavit was served and claimed the second affidavit was served. On Sept 23, I called the **** County court and asking about the status of both court cases which I asked ******* Servers to serve. Clerk of **** County replied that neither of the cases showed served in their database. That means Dominion Servers never completed any of the serving and never completed the paperwork with **** county for BOTH cases. However, he used texted pictures and company status email to fool me that both of the servings were completed. None of the serving I requested since Sept 1 were completed. When I asked Dominion Servers about it, he replied that he had a family emergency and not able to complete the job. He never mentioned that he had any emergency when he accepted my 2nd serving request on Sept 12. He made zero communication attempt letting me know that he wouldn't be able to complete the paperwork with **** county court. He falsely claimed that he completed both of the serving by pictures. I hired him to do serving and completed the paperwork with **** county not photographs. He never able to provide any stamped affidavit for both cases to prove that he actually completed the job on their said dates. He made me wasted my time waiting for my court cases. I could have asked the judge for a judgement by now for both of my cases if he actually completed his jobs. He never completed any of the serving requests and made me wasting my time waiting. I now have to wait for another month after finding another proper private process server who knows how to do their job.
