    I purchased a ********* 365 license from this business that expires on 08/09/2025. One fine day, my email just stops working. I found out that the subscription went into a "Disabled" state. I called ********* support and they told me to contact the reseller as the problem is on their side.I emailed the business and called them several times but all I get is their voicemail and never a call back. I am surviving on a ********* trial that is about to convert into a paid subscription. I need Technology solutions worldwide to fix the disabled state of my 365 license right away.

    My company paid for a ********* 50-user subscription as a service to a ******************* in ****** for the laws prohibit piracy of software for a year. After two months the client started to have problems with the subscription and reached out to me for rectification.I have paid $6,000US$ for the licences for a year subscription, client that I purchased for is seeing a monthly subscription instead of yearly.I reached out to Technology Solutions for a rectification and was promised time and time again December 3rd 2024 to present and am yet to have it rectified.Called numerous times and phones are unanswered, emails not been forthcoming as they should, my company is a registered company since 1995 with an impeccable track record of service to my clients and is facing a backlash because of the current issue I have all the correspondence back and forth from company and myself.I have reached out to the *** as well to have this resolved for my company is in dire need of rectification.Kindly advise the next step(s) that should be ********** regards ******** ***** Managing Director ************ Services
