            I asked Christopher S., who works for the company Lefont Lee Films as videographer to film me performing a piece from my one woman show to submit for a *****. On August**** 2021 was the day we filmed and the day he scheduled me. The day before or night he called me and said we would have to hurry because he got booked in******** the same day, which he should have fixed because he committed himself to my project prior to. His set price was $150.00 and he did no explaining of what I would get nor consulted with me about what I wanted. On August *** 2021 he showed up and made flirtatious comments toward me and even throughout filming. He said he would do zooming in camera work but did not do so and just sat there on his phone while it recorded. When I paid him he did not give a receipt nor a policy and when I asked for a refund he said no refunds and has no list of policies to back it up. He did not care to resolve my issue but argued instead and made insulting comments.
